Below are our detailed shipping policies, including shipping methods, fees, timeliness, and free shipping policies, for your reference.
We offer two shipping methods for our global customers, which you can choose based on your needs when placing your order. Specific fees and service features are listed below.
Shipping Fee: A flat fee of US$5.99 per order, with no weight or category surcharges (except for special oversized grocery items, which are specified on the product details page).
VIP Shipping: A flat fee of US$15.99 per order, covering most grocery items (including some oversized items; please contact customer service for details). To reward our customers, we're offering free shipping on orders over a certain amount. The details are as follows: If the total purchase price (after deducting coupons and discounts) for all items in an order exceeds $39.99, shipping fees will be automatically waived for that order (regardless of whether you choose standard or VIP shipping).

After your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number and a tracking link via your registered email address (or SMS, if you have linked your mobile number) within 24 hours. You can check the progress of your order by logging into your noctinea.com account, going to "My Orders" - "Order Details" and clicking "View Shipping." Copy the tracking number and visit the corresponding shipping company's website (for example, USPS and FedEx for domestic shipments, DHL and UPS for international shipments). Enter the tracking number to track your order.

If you haven't received your order after the estimated delivery time for the shipping method, please contact customer service (service@noctinea.com) with your order and tracking number. We'll assist you in communicating with the shipping company to verify the shipping progress and provide a solution. If your product cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the secondary shipping fee (US$5.99/shipping for standard shipping and US$15.99/shipping for VIP shipping). If the product is returned by the shipping company and you no longer need it, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the original shipping fee.
